PUTNAM --- The Putnam Police Department, the Putnam Fire Department and SafeKids will hold a free Car Seat Clinic from 10 a.m. to noon at the Putnam Fire Department on Church Street. Anyone with a car seat is welcome to come learn how to properly install one. According to SafeKids, three out of four car seats are improperly installed.
