Child porn charges
PUTNAM — Manchester police, Feb. 15, arrested Jamie L. Chattelle, 31, formerly of Putnam, on an active arrest warrant held by the Putnam Police Department. In September 2009 Putnam police executed a search warrant at Chattelle’s former residence and seized several computers and digital media. A forensic exam of the seized items showed numerous image and video files of child pornography. Chattelle was charged with first-degree possession of child pornography and importing child pornography.
