Parent Project set
N. GROSVENORDALE — United Services, Inc. will hold an information session for parents interested in learning more about the Parent Project® from 6 to 7:30 p.m. April 4 at St. Joseph’s School. The Parent Project® is a structured, parent training program designed specifically for parents/caregivers of children who engage in risky behaviors such as running away from home, school truancy and general defiance of rules or “pre-delinquent behaviors.
It is a 10-week, activity-based course that gives parents/caregivers with children ages 8 -17 no-nonsense solutions for today’s challenges.
A light dinner will be provided. There is no cost for the information session and no obligation to enroll in the Parent Project trainings.
Tuition for the Parent Project trainings, which runs from April 11 through June 13 is free, with a light dinner provided at each class. A $20 materials fee for the course is requested. Call Kelly at: 860-564-6100 x 8691 for info.
