'Duck loads' of
fund-raising set
DANIELSON --- The Arc of Quinebaug Valley Rubber Duck tickets are in! This year’s race will be held at 1:30 p.m. Aug. 12 in Rotary Park in downtown Putnam.
More than 50 prizes are offered including a $500 Visa Gift Card, a New Hampshire Vacation Package, a Hot Air Balloon ride, a 40-inch Toshiba HD LCD TV and many gift certificates to local retailers and restaurants.
More than 50 local businesses have partnered with Arc and are selling tickets on its behalf.
There are still sponsorship opportunities available and "duck-loads" of volunteers on and before race day!
