At the October 22, 2012 meeting of the Pomfret Planning & Zoning Commission, the following application was acted upon:
1. Phil Allegretti for Pomfret Planning & Zoning Commission, text amendment to regulations: Sections 4.1.7, 4.2.14, 5.1.7, 5.2.14, 6.1.2, 6.2.9, 6a.1.2, and 6a.2.8 to change the footprint from 200 square feet to 800 square feet – previously approved at the 9/24/12 meeting. The effective date for this text amendment has been set by the commission as November 1, 2012.

Invitation to Bid
Sealed bids for a 2001 Chevrolet Venture, 4-door passenger van, V6, automatic, PS, AC, with 100,000 miles will be received by the Town of Pomfret at the Office of the First Selectman, Pomfret Town Hall, Five Haven Road, Pomfret Center, CT 06259. Van to be sold ‘as is.’ Minimum bid price of $300.00 required. Bids should be submitted no later than Wednesday, November 14, 2012 at 12:00 Noon, in a sealed envelope marked “2001 Chevrolet Venture”.
No bidder may withdraw his/her Bid for a period of forty-five (45) days after the actual date of the Bid opening. The Town of Pomfret reserves the right to waive all formalities or to reject any or all Bids.
