Team places 9th
The SUNY Cobleskill Women’s cross country team posted a team score of 267 points to place ninth in a field of 15 teams at the 2012 Saratoga Invitational hosted by Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) at Saratoga State Park in Saratoga Springs, N.Y., recently.
Sophomore Rebekah Johnson, Amsterdam, N.Y., Amsterdam High School, continued her stellar season by finishing 21st overall in the field of 173 runners covering the historic 3.04 mile course in a time of 18:29.72 followed by freshman Kies Orr, Thompson, Conn., Killingly High School, 19:39.17.
