Public welcome to NAMI meeting
DANIELSON — The Windham County affiliate of the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) is inviting the public to its annual meeting from 6 to 8 p.m. April 16 at the United Services on N. Main Street. Reservation: 978-879-8972.
This free meeting will feature an interactive session with Beth Reel Coaching on “forest bathing” and how to integrate being outdoors into your self-care routine. Light snacks and door prizes will be offered.
The NAMI Windham County Annual Meeting is a significant event that brings together members, supporters, and advocates of mental health in the community.
