At the January 15, 2026 meeting of the Pomfret Zoning Board of Appeals, the following action was taken:
 
1. Timothy and Susan Townshend, 36 Ragged Hill Road, application for a variance of Sections 12.19.3.2 and 12.19.4 of the Zoning Regulations to build a caretaker’s cottage/ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit).  APPROVED.
