PUTNAM — Attorney Daniel P. McGinn recently joined the law firm of Borner, Aleman & Davis on Providence Street. He is accepting new clients in personal injury, residential and commercial real estate transactions, construction law and family law.
McGinn is a graduate of Woodstock Academy, QVCC and received his bachelor’s and law degree from UConn and is a U.S. Navy veteran.
Senior partner Thomas Borner said McGinn “brings with him his legal experience gained while working in the Complex Litigation docket at the Hartford Superior Court as well as his experience with the state’s most highly regarded personal injury firm.”
The firm of Borner, Aleman & Davis has its roots with the late Arthur S. Kaminsky who founded the firm in 1946. Borner has continued the practice from 1979. Also part of the firm are: Attorney Alyson R. Aleman, concentrating her practice in elder law, including Title XIX, estate planning and settlement, trust administration, and probate litigation.
Attorney Jamie Davis concentrates her practice in civil litigation and real estate law, in addition to corporate business law, landlord/tenant civil litigation, family law and personal injury law.
