PUTNAM — At a recent caucus, the Putnam Democrats endorsed Tony Falzarano for mayor. One-term mayor Richard “Pete” Place decided not to run for re-election. Falzarano has been on the Putnam Board of Finance for 26 years, eight as chairman; and many other boards and committees.

Alma Morey for re-election for selectman; - Owen Tarr for re-election for selectman; Scott Pempek, former member of the Board of Education for selectman;Renee Lasko for re-election for selectman.
