Leah Schad, Judge, a hearing was held at Northeast Regional Children’s Probate District, 69 South Main St., Suite #23, Brooklyn, CT 06234 on November 5, 2013 at 1:30 PM on an application for Temporary Custody Pending Removal of Guardian concerning a certain minor child born on August 12, 2000.  The Court’s decision will affect your interest, if any, as in said application on file more fully appears.
RIGHT TO COUNSEL: If the above-named person wishes to have an  attorney, but is unable to pay for one, the Court will provide an attorney upon proof of inability to pay. Any such request should be made immediately by contacting the court office where the hearing is to be held.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Putnam will conduct a Public Hearing by the Putnam Redevelopment Agency on Tuesday, November 19, 2013 at 6:00 p.m. in the Selectman’s Chambers, 3rd floor of the Putnam Town Hall, 126 Church St, Putnam, CT 06260. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to obtain citizen comments regarding the change of use of the Incubator property to private ownership. The property, located at 39 Ridge Road, is owned by the Putnam Redevelopment Agency. An Environmental Review of the property’s new use will also be part of the Public Hearing. The Town of Putnam Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a meeting on November 19, 201, at 7:00 P.M. at the Town Hall located at 126 Church Street, Putnam, CT.  A public hearing will be held on the following:
Appeal # 2013-005:  Wayne R. Weiker  —  Request for a variance according to Section 730 Schedule of Dimension Regulations of the Town of Putnam Zoning Regulations to reduce the side yard requirement from 20’ down to 13.6’ for the reconstruction of a residence that will be increased in size.  The residence was destroyed by fire in July 2013.  Property located at 50 Killingly Avenue, Town Assessors Map 31, Lot 82. Zoned R-40.
