American Legion Post #13 recently presented a check to Tyler Eddy to help offset the cost of his new trumpet. According to Brian Maynard, post commander, Eddy proven his commitment to both the American Legion and our community by playing Taps at Legion ceremonies. Taps became a custom started by Captain John C. Tidball, West Point Class of 1848. Maynard said the post thanked Eddy for his support of American Legion Post #13. Courtesy photo.
