Murray is DKH employee of month
PUTNAM — Day Kimball Health (DKH) has named Jim Murray, Desktop Support Technician in its information technology (IT) department, June’s employee of the month.
With more than two decades of experience in the IT field, Murray began his career with DKH in 2021. In his current role, he serves as the primary point of contact for the hospital system’s Client Services IT Help Desk where he assists users by providing a wide array of administrative, technical, and procedural support. He’s known for his proactive and helpful approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges.
“Jim’s dedication and expertise have made a significant impact on our organization,” said Kyle Kramer, DKH Chief Executive Officer. “Beyond his professional achievements, Jim is valued for his positive attitude and willingness to help others in our fast-paced environment. His commitment to excellence and customer service embodies the spirit of teamwork and dedication that we cherish at Day Kimball.”
Born in Providence, he grew up in Pawtucket, R.I., and now lives in Cumberland, R.I., with his wife Kristin and daughter Mabel. Outside of work, he enjoys camping in New Hampshire and summer vacations in Ocean City.
