At the August 21, 2024, meeting of the Pomfret Planning & Zoning Commission, the following legal action(s) were taken:
1. Laurence Hale for Plan Well, LLC, 697 Pomfret Street, application for a zone change creating new district Village III on Pomfret Street, which is residential, and business combined. APPROVED with an effective date of September 1, 2024.
2. Laurence Hale for Plan Well, LLC, 697 Pomfret Street, application for a text amendment adding new district Village III to the regulations. APPROVED with an effective date of September 1, 2024.
