Pomfret Board of
Assessment Appeals

Pursuant to Section 12-110 of the Connecticut General Statutes, any person claiming to be aggrieved by the doings of the Assessor for motor vehicles on the Grand List of 2023 may appeal therefrom to the Board of Assessment Appeals.  Such appeal shall be made in person along with the vehicle to the Board on September 25, 2024, between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. at the Pomfret Town Hall, 5 Haven Road, Pomfret.

Docket # 2024-05  Julie Savard-Vantran requests for a Special Permit for the keeping of livestock (horses) for personal use in accordance with Sections 304, 413, 414 Schedule of Uses and Districts of the Town of Putnam Zoning Regulations. Property located at 308 Liberty Highway, Town Assessors Map 32, Lot 50, Zoned R-40.

The sole purpose of this meeting will be for the hearing of appeals to assessments of motor vehicles on the Grand List of October 1, 2023. All persons claiming to be aggrieved by the doings of the assessor, with respect to motor vehicle assessments, are hereby warned to make their appeal at the above listed place and time.
