POMFRET --- Mr. and Mrs. James A. Weiss of Pomfret announce the engagement of their daughter, Chelsea Gwynne Pritchard Weiss, to Michael James Baum, the son of Dr. and Mrs. Michael E. Baum of Pomfret.
Miss Weiss is an English teacher in Lexington, Mass., and graduated from UConn and Simmons College.
Mr. Baum is a data integrity analyst with Commonwealth Financial in Waltham, Mass., and is also a graduate of UConn.
A July 2012 wedding in Boston is planned.
